Lomax Sons and Mills have carried out strategic land and property asset reviews for a number of private and public sector clients.

Typically this will involve the need to establish which assets are underperforming or are a financial liability on limited Client's resources and recommending either the retention and improved management of those assets or creating a strategy for implementing a planned disposal programme of surplus land and property.
