Expert Witness

Bernard is frequently called upon to act as an independent expert and having given Evidence in Chief at the Royal Courts of Justice has relevant courtroom experience.

To date, expert witness reports have been prepared in respect of boundary disputes, and valuation issues The standard of reports and the conduct of experts is governed by the Civil Procedure Rules, part 35.
